       搪瓷在 700℃ 時， 開始融化并形成瓷層。搪燒溫度一般保持在 830-860℃之間，時間為 7-15 分不等。燒紅的內膽從爐中被取出，并逐漸冷卻至室溫。通常搪燒過程是連續的，并且可以再重復一次，以形成第二層搪瓷。甚至重復多次，以獲得苛刻的應用條件下所需的多層搪瓷。
